Organic Coffee
This coffee is grown according to the organic farming techniques, usually without the use of artificial fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides
Freeze Dried Coffee
This is granulated coffee obtained by the process of Freeze Drying in which agglomerated wet coffee granules are frozen.
The principle involved in this is the removal of water by sublimation.We pack this in glass jars under your own private label.
Agglomerated/Granulated Coffee
The fine Spray Dried Coffee is turned into bigger granules by the re-hydration process. This coffee is also known as granulated coffee.
Spray Dried Coffee / Instant Soluble Coffee / 100% Pure Coffee Powder
It is coffee in the form of powder having fine rounded particles.We can offer our customers various coffee blends developed to suit individual requirements. These are achieved by careful blending of different type of pure Robusta coffee, pure Arabica coffee and Robusta-Arabica coffee mixes.
Instant Soluble- Chicory mix Coffee powder
For price sensitive markets, we also offer chicory blends in various combination of coffee-chicory mix.
This type of coffee has a certain proportion of chicory in it. This is mainly done due to two reasons: - To reduce the caffeine content in coffee and also to enter competitive market as it is less costly compared to other types of coffee.
There are several blends which come at affordable price and can meet the requirements of customers across the world.
Coffee Blends
Usually for matching the individual customer / market requirement, our customers would send us a small sample of product required by them. Our experts would test the sample for all parameters and decide a formulation to match the customer sample in terms of taste, aroma and appearance. According to this formulation various grades of green coffee beans of Robusta or Arabica or both would be selected and approved. These would be than processed under strict quality control to achieve a perfect match to client’s sample. There is strict control at each stage before the product goes in for commercial production.

Our products can be offered in a variety of packaging media to meet customer requirements. Following are some of the common sizes on offer:
Private Label Coffee Packing
If you have your own label / brand or intend to create one; then you have the right partner in Scan Holdings. If you are new, our support would extend from the start in developing the right packaging for your own private brand. If you are already established, we can suggest ways to improvise the brand appeal. You can chose to have private label coffee packed in glass jars, tin containers or sachets. The coffee products available for private label packing are organic coffee, freeze dried coffee, spray dry coffee, agglomerated coffee, blended coffee, cereal coffee and ‘3 in 1’.
Payment
The usual payment terms are part advance TT along with purchase order to start production. Balance payment can be made once goods are ready for shipment or through letter of credit at sight. Any different form of payment term needs to be discussed for mutual acceptance.
Delivery term
We offer our Coffee products on CNF & FOB Chennai port, India
Shipment
Once the coffee samples are approved, purchase order is received and agreed payment term is complied it usually takes about 1 month for product to be ready and shipped. This period is only indicative and exact period of shipment will be informed to the customer for each individual delivery.
